Breaking Barriers of Society in Rural India: Women Empowerment Through Enterprise. Ms Ajaita Shah, brought up under the influence of New York and Jaipur society tell us in her talk, how the society tries to dictate the choices that a girl child makes, while she is fighting to grow up. However, this same society accepts and appreciates her when she achieves a visible amount of success. After interaction with people from 5000 villages across India, she explains how women of rural Rajasthan actually see themselves despite the social barriers they face.
